Raphael Davis is the founding attorney at LemonAid Legal, where he focuses his practice on Lemon Law litigation, auto dealership fraud, and unfair and deceptive business practices on behalf of consumers. He is committed to helping people who have been taken advantage of by manufacturers, dealerships, and other businesses—and he fights to hold them accountable and pursue meaningful results for his clients.
Over the years, Mr. Davis’ successful litigation has helped build the firm’s reputation for strong results in Lemon Law matters. He has pursued claims against a broad range of auto manufacturers, including General Motors, Ford, FCA, and Tesla, among others. Drawing on experience with manufacturer-specific defenses and recurring vehicle defects, Mr. Davis develops focused, evidence-driven cases designed to maximize recovery for consumers.
Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Davis served the community as a firefighter with the Los Angeles City Fire Department from 2004 to 2013. He also successfully competed as a professional mixed martial artist from 2008 to 2014—an experience that reinforced the discipline, preparation, and resilience he now brings to high-stakes litigation.
Mr. Davis earned his Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Bakersfield on an athletic scholarship. After retiring from professional competition, he returned to school to pursue law, attending Whittier Law School and earning his Juris Doctor. While in law school, he served on Trial Advocacy, sharpening the courtroom and advocacy skills he now brings to each case.
